After practicing Dentistry for over 25 years, Lisa discovered Pilates, which helped undo the strain put on her neck and back over the years. Teaching Pilates led her to discover Lagree and she was hooked after her first class. After becoming a Lagree instructor, she continued her education to become a Master Lagree Trainer. This allowed her to teach others this incredible form of exercise that she is truly passionate about.

A teacher at heart and by trade - she owned and operated a private Pre-K school before going the fitness industry.
